Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, exactly as you received it. You’ll need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin a return, email us at bohomyboho@gmail.com. Approved returns should be sent to: 30 Ashgrove Way, Bridgwater, TA6 4UB, United Kingdom. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions upon approval. Items returned without prior request won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at bohomyboho@gmail.com. We’ll review the issue and ensure it’s resolved promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We don’t accept returns for perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you’re unsure about an item, email us at bohomyboho@gmail.com.

Exchanges
To get a different item quickly, return your current one first. Once accepted, place a new order for your preferred item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return it for any reason, no justification required. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, confirming whether it’s approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that banks or card issuers may take extra time to post the refund. If 15 business days pass after approval without a refund, contact us at bohomyboho@gmail.com.
