Return & Refund Policy – Boho Boho
1. 30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Before sending any item back, please contact us at bohomyboho@gmail.com to arrange the return. Items sent without prior agreement will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are handmade and often made to order, items sewn or created specifically upon a customer’s request (custom or personalized orders) are non-returnable.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before placing your order or returning an item.
4. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification (except for custom or personalized items, which are exempt from this rule).
The item must be returned in the same condition as received – unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
