Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

United Kingdom: 3–5 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

Rest of World: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., customs clearance, postal strikes, weather).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This will include tracking information (if available).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Boho Boho is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Important note for EU customers:
I am not a VAT-registered business, so any orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to VAT or import duties. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

We always try to make shipping as smooth as possible, but please be aware that these fees are outside of our control. Checking your country’s import rules beforehand can help you avoid surprises when your package arrives.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or delayed in transit by the courier service. If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at bohomyboho@gmail.com, and we will assist you in tracking your order.

Damaged Packages

Boho Boho is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
